Description
models
Fujitec Rexia is an MRL series for residential and commercial buildings of up to 24 floors. The gearless drive is placed at the top of the shaft, saving up to 15% of usable space on the top floor.
It uses the same control and safety platform as the flagship Zexia, but in a more compact layout. Ideal for mid-range residential complexes, Category B business centers and 3★ hotels.
Fujitec has manufactured elevators since 1948. Silent gearless drives, intelligent group control systems, and finish packages with up to 21 options. Equipment for buildings from 12 to 60 floors.
