From 14 to 28 working days depending on the model, shaft height and readiness of the site infrastructure.
Do you work outside Astana?
Yes. We have completed projects in Karaganda, Almaty and the regions. Crew business trips are standard practice.
What warranty do you provide on equipment and work?
5 years on equipment, provided our specialists carry out regular maintenance. 5 years on installation work.
Is it possible to modernize an elevator without a full replacement?
Yes. We replace the drive, the frequency inverter, the cabin and the control system — without replacing the guide rails or the shaft.
How quickly will the emergency crew arrive?
Within Astana — up to 60 minutes. Under a service maintenance contract — priority dispatch.
