Lincoln Geared is a classic design with a geared drive and a machine room on top. A reliable scheme proven over decades: easy maintenance, affordable spare parts and minimal downtime.
Ideal for residential buildings of 5–16 floors, schools, clinics and municipal facilities. A budget alternative to MRL elevators without any loss of passenger performance.
Lincoln specializes in machine-room-less elevators for residential buildings of 5–24 floors. The compact drive sits at the top of the shaft, saving up to 15% of usable space.
