Description
project
Nur Aspan is a modern residential complex of three blocks of varying height with underground parking and a commercial gallery on the ground floors. Ten Lincoln MRL-500 machine-room-less passenger elevators were installed.
The MRL configuration was chosen to save usable space on the upper floors. The elevators provide comfortable movement for residents with an integrated floor-based access control system.
Technical challenges
Tight installation deadlines across three blocks simultaneously, accounting for the developer's ongoing finishing works.
Outcome
All 10 elevators were commissioned in sync with the building's occupancy. Zero complaints from the management company in the first year.
