Description
project
The Synod of the Orthodox Church building in Astana is the administrative and spiritual center of the metropolitan district. Two Fujitec Zexia passenger elevators were installed with quiet operation and classic-style cabin finishes.
The elevators were selected to meet architectural requirements: quiet running, smooth movement, and wood-and-brass finishes in keeping with the building's interior.
Technical challenges
Minimal noise and vibration in an operating place of worship, with finishes matching the classic interior.
Outcome
The elevators run almost silently (47 dB) and blend organically into the interior.
