Description
project
Energetik is a large residential complex of 4 sections of 16 floors with underground parking. Twelve Asia-sigma Standard passenger elevators were installed (3 in each section).
A 5-year service contract with round-the-clock dispatch support and scheduled maintenance was additionally signed.
Technical challenges
A large volume of equipment and the need to hand over all 4 sections synchronously within a single reporting quarter.
Outcome
All 12 elevators have operated since December 2022 with an average MTBF of over 18 months.
