Description
project
Karazhat is a comfort-class residential complex of 4 sections of 12 floors. Eight Asia-sigma Standard passenger elevators were installed, 2 in each section.
The project was delivered turnkey: design, supply, installation, commissioning and certification. A Japanese Yaskawa drive was used for quiet and smooth operation.
Technical challenges
Parallel installation across 4 sections with phased block handover required close coordination with the general contractor.
Outcome
All 8 elevators were commissioned in sync with occupancy. Cabin noise level — below 55 dB.
