Description
project
Lazurny Bereg is a modern residential complex with scenic apartments near the Ishim River embankment. Ten Lincoln MRL-500 passenger elevators were installed.
The machine-room-less configuration frees the top floors for scenic penthouses. Two blocks feature higher-capacity 1,000 kg elevators for residents' convenience.
Technical challenges
High demands on cabin finishes and stopping accuracy in the premium segment.
Outcome
The elevators were delivered on time; the cabin finishes received positive feedback from the management company and residents.
