Q Garden is a modern two-block residential complex with an eco concept and its own park. Six Asia-sigma Standard passenger elevators were installed.
Energy-efficient Yaskawa drives with an energy-regeneration mode were chosen in line with the complex's energy-saving concept.
Technical challenges
Requirements for energy efficiency and an electricity-regeneration mode for the elevators.
Outcome
The elevators return up to 35% of braking energy to the grid, reducing the building's energy consumption.
