Senator Park is a large premium-class residential complex of 4 blocks of 16 floors with a park area. Ten Fujitec Zexia passenger elevators with premium finishes were installed.
The elevators feature group control and integration with the complex's smart-home system. A 24/7 service contract with a specialized dispatch center.
Technical challenges
Integration with the smart-home system and group control across 4 blocks of different heights.
Outcome
Elevator wait time at peak hours is no more than 28 seconds; smart-home integration works as intended.
