Sezim Qala 4 is the fourth phase of a large residential quarter. Eight Lincoln MRL-500 passenger elevators were installed in a turnkey configuration.
Full cycle: design, supply, installation, commissioning, certification. Standardized with the previous phases for unified service.
Technical challenges
Coordinating equipment with previous phases and a shared service contract.
Outcome
The elevators are standardized with phases 1–3, simplifying maintenance for the management company.
