Zhagalau is a 3-block residential complex near the river. Eight Lincoln Geared passenger elevators with a reliable geared drive were installed.
The geared configuration was chosen for an optimal price/quality ratio in a comfort-class complex.
Technical challenges
Tight deadlines and the need to install amid ongoing finishing of the public areas.
Outcome
Handover took place on time; the elevators have operated without failure since November 2021.
